Primary Teacher (PRT) :-

Essential: 1.    सीनियर सेकेंडरी (या इसके समकक्ष) कम से कम 50% अंकों के साथ और प्रारंभिक शिक्षा में 2 वर्षीय डिप्लोमा (चाहे किसी भी नाम से जाना जाता हो) या
सीनियर सेकेंडरी (या इसके समकक्ष) कम से कम 50% अंकों के साथ और 4 वर्षीय बैचलर ऑफ एलीमेंट्री एजुकेशन (B.El.Ed.) या
सीनियर सेकेंडरी (या इसके समकक्ष) कम से कम 50% अंकों के साथ और शिक्षा में 2 वर्षीय डिप्लोमा (विशेष शिक्षा या)
कम से कम 50% अंकों के साथ स्नातक और शिक्षा स्नातक (बी.एड.)*
* जिसने किसी भी एनसीटीई से मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से शिक्षा स्नातक की योग्यता प्राप्त की है, उसे कक्षा I-V में शिक्षक के रूप में नियुक्ति के लिए विचार किया जाएगा, बशर्ते शिक्षक के रूप में नियुक्त व्यक्ति अनिवार्य रूप से एनसीटीई द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त प्रारंभिक शिक्षा में छह महीने का ब्रिज कोर्स पूरा करे। प्राथमिक शिक्षक के रूप में ऐसी नियुक्ति के दो वर्ष।2.      Qualified in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test conducted by the Govt. of India.
3.      Proficiency to teach through Hindi & English media.
Desirable:- Knowledge of working on Computer.

Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) :-

• B.Ed or equivalent degree from a recognized University.
• Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) Paper-II, conducted by CBSE in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose.
• Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English medium.
• Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Applications.

Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) :-

• Two Year Integrated Post Graduate M.Sc. Course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the subject concerned. OR Master’s Degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the following subjects.
• B.Ed. or equivalent degree from a recognized University.
• Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English media
• Desirable Qualifications: Knowledge of Computer Applications

Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA) :-

• Essential:- Class XII pass or equivalent qualification from recognized board or university.
• A typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer.
• Working knowledge of Hindi.
• Knowledge of Computer Applications.

Senior Secretariat Assistant :-

Essential:- Graduate
Experience Three years’ experience as LDC in Central Govt./ Govt./Autonomous Bodies/Public Sector Undertakings
Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Applications.

Principal :-

• Master’s Degree from a recognized university with at least 45% marks in aggregate.
• B.Ed or equivalent teaching degree.

Experience:

• (i) Persons holding analogous posts or posts of Principals in Central/State Govt./ Autonomous organizations of Central/State Govt. in the Pay Band of Rs. 15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs.7600;
• (ii)Vice-Principal/Asstt. Education Officers in Central/State Govt./ Autonomous organizations of Central/State Govt. in the pay band of Rs. 15600-39100 with Grade pay of Rs. 5400 with combined services of 05 years as PGT and 02 years as Vice-Principal.
• (iii) Persons holding posts of PGTs or Lecturer in Central/State Govt./ Autonomous organizations of Central/State Govt. in the pay band of Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay Rs. 4800 or equivalent with at least 8 years’ regular service in the aforesaid grade.
• (iv) 15 years combined regular services as TGT in the pay band of Rs. 9300-34800/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/- and PGT in the Pay Band of Rs. 9300-34800/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 4800/- out of which 03 years as PGT.

Vice Principal :-

• Master’s Degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
• B.Ed or equivalent teaching degree.
• 2 Years experience of working on the post of Vice-Principal in Central/State Govt./Autonomous organizations of Central/State Govt.

OR
6 years experience of working on the post of PGT or Lecturer in Central State Govt. Autonomous organizations of Central/State Govt.
OR
10 years experience of working as PGT or Lecturer and TGT in Central State/ State Govt. /Autonomous organizations of Central/State Govt, of which at least 3 years should be of working on the post of PGT or Lecturer.

Primary Teacher (Music) :-

• Essential: Senior Secondary School Certificate with 50% marks or Intermediate with 50% marks or its equivalent and Bachelor Degree in Music or equivalent from a recognized University.
• Competence to teach through English\Hindi medium.
• Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Applications.

Librarian :-

• Essential: – Bachelor degree in Library Science OR Graduate with one year diploma in Library Science from a recognized institution.
• Working knowledge of Hindi and English.

Assistant Section Officer (ASO) 

Essential:- Graduate with 3 years’ experience as UDC in Central/State Govt./Autonomous Bodies/Public Sector Undertakings.
Desirable:- Knowledge of Computer Applications

Stenographer Grade-II :-

• Essential:- 12th pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
• Skill test Norms Dictation : 10 mts @ 80 w.p.m
• Transcription: 50 mts (Eng) 65 mts (Hindi) (On computer)

Assistant Commissioner  :-

• Essential:- A. Academic, Master’s Degree from a recognized university with at least 45% marks.
• B.Ed or equivalent degree
• B. Experience – Persons holding the post of Principal in the pay band of Rs. 15600- 39100 with Grade pay of Rs. 7600/-(pre-revised)/(Level-12, Rs.78,800 to Rs.2,09,200 as per 7thCPC) with at least 03 years’ experience.
• Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Application

Hindi Translator :-

• Essential: Hindi Translator Master’s degree of a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level. OR
• Master’s degree of a recognized University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level OR
• Master’s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of a examination at the degree level; OR
• Master’s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of a examination at the degree level; ri OR
• Master’s Degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects or either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at degree level; AND , Recognized Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English & vice-versa or two years’ experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central or State Government office, including Government of India Undertaking.

Finance Officer :-

• Essential:- B.Com with 50% marks in the aggregate and atleast 4 years post qualification experience in the Audit and Accounts works. OR M.Com with 50% marks and at least 3 years post qualification experience in the Audit and Accounts works. OR CA (Inter) or ICWA (Inter) or MBA (Finance) or PGDM (Finance) (2 years full time or 3 years part time) with 2 years post qualification experience in the Audit and Accounts works.
• Knowledge of Computer Applications

Assistant Engineer (Civil) 

• .Essential:- Graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognized University.
